- Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.
- We only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Adding Products To Your Shopping Bag
To add a product to the Shopping Bag, select the size and color of the product of interest and click on + SIGN in GREEN. If only one size and/or color is available, it is not necessary to indicate the selection.
Subsequently, customers could either proceed to checkout, or continue browsing the site.
NOTE: Product placement into the Shopping Bag is not equivalent to product reservation.
Returns & Refunds & Exchanges
All purchases made on ORSQ are strictly nonrefundable with the exception of defective products due to improper handling at the transit despite our best effort to assure our customers with the highest product quality.
Customers' discretion should be exercised in the selection of suitable product sizes and measurements provided on the website. Please send any enquiries regarding sizing or fitting to customer@orsq.store. We regret to inform that any requests for replacement would not be entertained unless product is defective due to mishandling at transit.
For all returns and exchanges, a standard, nonrefundable 30 USD administration fee will be charged.
Any form of losses or damages incurred as a result of unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses would be borne by the customers.
ORSQ reserves all rights to reject returns if the products do not meet our requirements. The decision is final and undisputed.

ORSQ strictly does not participate in sale or any form of discount. We do not work with discount coupons and/or vouchers.

Sizing of our products
ORSQ shoes ( French Sizing ) normally fit 0.5 to 1 size bigger than other American or European brands. Please check our size conversion chart at the product pages in our webstore.

We provide worldwide shipping to all of our customers.
International orders will be shipped via SF Express.
Orders take 2 -3 days to processed and you will receive an email containing your tracking code once your package is ready from our distribution centre.
Note : For all orders now made from December 2019 –
We will schedule the custom production as per batch of ORSQ footwear orders, depending on raw materials readily available in our warehouse. Duration will be 3 weeks – 2 months as all of the orders are custom-made according to priority scheduling and demand. ( Excluding shipping time )
To practice sustainable inventory management, we have made efforts to reduce storing unnecessary raw materials. Each and every order is fully customized by our professionals in-house by hand with fair trade practices.
Our price is excluding custom fees and all additional taxes for all international orders. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs as you may be required to pay additional for import fees, handling fees to the designated country in order to receive your package.

Shopping On-Site
Pre-Order
A pre-order is defined as the reservation of an item that is currently unavailable and due for an official launch/restocking. The estimated delivery date will be stated within the product page.
- Mixed orders which refer to the composition of currently available and pre-ordered items, will be dispatched at staggered timings. However, customers would only be charged for a one-time shipping fee.
- Purchases consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates as indicated on the platform will be shipped collectively in accordance to the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after the package is shipped. The purchase of pre-order items can only be made with a Credit Card.

Promotional Code
Promotional code, also known as the personal code, is issued on special occasions to reward all brand followers and advocates through promotions offered in ORSQ.
To activate, enter the Promotional Code and click ‘Apply’ to obtain a final, discounted price in the Shopping Cart.
Order Comfirmation
Order confirmation would be deemed to have been completed when the delivery details and Credit/Debit Card information are correctly specified when prompted. Customers are kindly reminded to review purchase confirmation as no further modifications would be entertained.In the Thank-you Page, a unique Order Number would be displayed to indicate the end of your transaction. An email confirmation would detail your invoice.
